Kenall played a key role in transforming Pinemont Drive in Houston, through a series of infrastructure improvement projects. These efforts involved widening 2,500 linear feet of roadway, upgrading 8,000 linear feet of water and sanitary sewer lines, enhancing drainage and pavement systems, and converting five miles of 2-lane asphalt road into a 4-lane thoroughfare.
Their scope of work included replacing 3,000 linear feet of 8–20-inch waterlines, 5,000 linear feet of 10–15-inch sanitary sewer lines, and 2,000 linear feet of concrete box storm sewers, upgrading fire hydrants, and adding dedicated left-turn lanes. Kenall’s services also included environmental assessments, preliminary engineering and drainage designs, final project designs, and on-site construction-phase support.
