Kenall provided geotechnical investigations, topographic surveys, and engineering analyses to support the development of a Digital Airport Surveillance Radar (DASR) station at Naval Air Station, Meridian, Mississippi. These services included ground-penetrating radar investigations, soil boring and sampling, laboratory analysis, and detailed topographic surveys.

The engineering analyses involved geological evaluations, foundation design recommendations, seismic site classifications, static and seismic stability assessments, settlement analyses, pavement design, and general construction guidance. Crucial structures included an 87 FT radar tower weighing 107,816 LBS, a 110,000 LB DASR electronic equipment shelter, and a 50,000 LB DASR engine generator shelter—both designed to be transportable.
