Kenall completed a detailed Property Condition Report (PCR-II) for the Altus Air Force Base ADAL South Gate project in Altus, Oklahoma. During a five-day onsite planning charrette, the team conducted a topographic survey, prepared MII cost estimates, developed conceptual plans for the renovation of the south gate, and validated the DD1391 form. The initial PCR-II report presented two renovation concepts with associated cost estimates, both within budget constraints. A final PCR-II report was submitted, incorporating the concept chosen by the government.
