Fostering an environment that inspired spirituality, this task order focused on consolidating worship spaces, administrative offices, and religious educational classrooms into a cohesive and thoughtfully designed facility. Kenall reviewed and approved the scope, requirements, and cost, utilizing the Property Condition Report to document the project validation process. The proposed ‘Chapel for America’s Airmen’ addressed the inadequacy of existing and scattered facilities, providing a welcoming place of spiritual respite for all trainees who participated in the Basic Military Training program at JBSA-Lackland AFB.

Work performed on this task order was completed under the Kenall-Freese & Nichols 8a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (KFNI JV).
