Designed to improve connectivity, the 3,700 linear foot Westpark Toll Road project introduced a 4-lane toll road and bridge to support Harris County and the region’s growing needs.

Kenall led the engineering efforts for the project, including developing the bridge layout at Dairy Ashford and creating plans for bridge retaining walls. Their project tasks involved subsurface exploration, soil testing, engineering analysis, foundation recommendations, control surveys, and preparing construction drawings and specifications at various stages—30%, 60%, 90%, and 100%. They also provided cost estimates and carried out the required environmental assessment to ensure compliance.
