Kenall delivered comprehensive civil and geotechnical engineering design, surveying, and environmental services for the Franz Road project, spanning from east of Primewest Parkway to Mason Road. The project involved reconstructing and widening 3,200 linear feet of the existing two-lane roadway into a four-lane divided concrete curb-and-gutter roadway.
The team conducted feasibility studies, prepared the preliminary engineering report, and managed the environmental assessment, hydraulic analysis, alignment geometrics, and utility relocation. They also identified right-of-way requirements and developed detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
